Andi Gunawan, SH, MBA - Founder/Managing Partner
Andi is the founder as well as the Managing Partner, of Andi Gunawan & Associates. He gained his SH degree (LL.B eq.) from University of Indonesia in 1996 and MBA degree from Melbourne Business School, Australia in 2005.
Andi started his lawyering career by joining the top law firms in Jakarta as a staff attorney for (6) years until he gained the position as a Senior Associate. Andi continued his professional journey by taking a partner position in several leading law firms and also assume a General Counsel position in the biggest FMCG company in Indonesia.
Andi had been exposed to a wide variety of legal work and handled multiple clients across the industry sector which equipped him with multiple skill set and broad knowledge in the corporate law practice. He also has in-depth expertise in the area related to consumer goods, coal mining, plantations, financial technology, office support services and hospitality industry .
Andi is a licensed lawyer from Indonesian BAR association (PERADI), a member of Indonesian Capital Market Lawyer Association (HKHPM) and registered lawyer with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
In his spare time, Andi enjoys being an occasional guest lecturer and trainer in various well-known institutions or legal forum, including his almamater (FHUI), Universitas Prasetya Mulya, Forum Hukum BUMN, Jimly School of Law and Governance, Justitia Training Institute and several other legal training forum.

Ferry F. Rajagukguk, SH, LL.M – Partner
Ferry joined Andi Gunawan & Associates in November 2015 as a Partner. He specializes in capital market, restructuring, investment, M&A and general corporate.
Ferry gained his SH degree (LL.B eq.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia and holds a Master of Law (LL.M) degree concentrating in Business and Transaction from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Prior to joining Andi Gunawan & Associates, Ferry has worked in 2 (two) prominent law firms in Jakarta. Started his career in the same place like that of Andi, Ferry brings his more than 10 years of lawyering experience, including work related to both private and public sectors, as well as experience as seconded in-house in multi-national corporations.
Ferry is a licensed lawyer from Indonesian BAR Association (PERADI), a member of Indonesian Capital Market Lawyer Association (HKHPM) and registered lawyer with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
In his spare time, Ferry is an occasional trainer in various institutions or legal forum including his almamater (FHUI), Forum Hukum BUMN and several other legal training forum.

Hilman Ismail Hilabi, SH
Hilman was graduated from Padjajaran University in 2014 and joined Andi Gunawan & Associates since its establishment. Before joining Andi Gunawan & Associates, Hilman was an Associate of a well-known law firm and prior to that, Hilman was an intern in an upstream oil and gas company. Hilman is focused in developing his skill in energy and infrastructure sector.
In addition to his many corporate matters work portfolio, Hilman has experience in conducting legal research and due diligence in various industry, such as railway investment, maritime investment, mining, plantation, cemetery, bank acquisition, government grant, fiscal facilities for investment and loan dispute.
During his study in the university, Hilman actively joined an International students’ organization that help him building a networking contact with relevant government and regulatory authorities.
Hilman is a licensed lawyer from Indonesian BAR Association (PERADI), speaks and write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ghalib Alghani Lusarno, SH
Ghalib graduated from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2015 with a specialization in International Law. Ghalib joined Andi Gunawan & Associates in January 2017 as a Junior Associate.
Prior to joining Andi Gunawan & Associates, Ghalib has experience working in a reputable law firm as an Associate Trainee and also working in one of the banks in Jakarta as an intern for research related to syndicated credit.
Ghalib speaks and write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
