Eri holds position as senior counsel in our firm. She is fully licensed by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (FHUI). Eri has 28+ years of experience in corporate legal practice and held senior position in prominent and leading law firms in Indonesia as partners. Eri has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and trading.

Eri’s practice areas are exceptionally strong in general corporate and merger and acquisition matters. Her experience includes advising clients on a comprehensive range of issues relating to their investment structure and business interests in Indonesia’s market and with government authorities such as the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board. She has also advised on client’s corporate secretarial matters and corporate responsibilities.

Cahya Buana Arief, S.H.

Counsel

Cahya is a Counsel to the Andi Gunawan & Associates. Cahya specializes in private mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters as well as joint venture arrangements.

Prior to joining Andi Gunawan & Associates, Cahya worked as an Associate in several big law firms in Jakarta. He assisted his partners and senior associates on various general corporate as well as cross- border mergers and acquisitions transactions in Indonesia.
