Andi is the founder as well as the Managing Partner of Andi Gunawan & Associates.

Andi has been practicing corporate law for 28+ years with a combined working experience of lawyering in various leading law firms in Indonesia and General Counsel position in PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Andi had been exposed to a wide variety of legal work and handled multiple clients across the industry sector which equipped him with multiple skill sets and broad knowledge of corporate law practice. He also has in-depth expertise in the area related to mining, financial services, consumer goods and hospitality industry.

He specializes in M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate & Project Finance, Restructuring, Investment, and General Corporate. He take a direct leadership role in projects assignment from clients and hands on in delivering quality products to the client.

Andi also spends time to continue his passion in education field and entrusted as reguler lecturer in his almamater (FHUI). He also become a frequent trainer/speaker in various legal workshops and special classes held by prominent legal institutions such as Jimly School of Law & Government, Intrinsics, STIH Jentera and Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

Andi holds license as Indonesian advocate/barrister (PERADI), registered lawyer for Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank of Indonesia (BI). Andi is also a member of Financial Sector of Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK) in Indonesia.
